Mold in the office

This commercial business had a water leak that was undetected for a long period of time which resulted into a mold issue. SERVPRO of South Rancho Cucamonga was contacted to remediate water and mold in a lobby, restroom, HVAC room and office. A plumber was required to redo the HVAC condensation line and to repair a broken pipe. All affected walls and baseboard were removed and replace. The drywall was replaced, sealed and painted.
